Welcome to REGADA. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to regada.lk and your purchase of REGADA products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

The Schedules at the end of these terms set out the country-specific details, including the seller, currency, governing law and applicable courts. Where a Schedule conflicts with the general terms below, the Schedule applies.

1. About us

This website and the REGADA brand are operated by Apparel Nest Lanka (Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka under company registration number PV 00263875, with its registered and business address at No. 112, Aranayaka Road, Mawanella, Sri Lanka.

In these terms, "REGADA", "we", "us" and "our" mean Apparel Nest Lanka (Private) Limited. "You" and "customer" mean the website user or purchaser.

REGADA is a brand and trading name of Apparel Nest Lanka (Private) Limited. The seller of record for your order is the entity identified in the Schedule for your delivery country.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes, or interfere with its security or operation.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, sizes, colours, materials, care instructions, availability and images. Screen settings, photography, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in colour or appearance.

Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.

4. Prices and charges

Prices are shown in the currency stated in the Schedule for your delivery country. Delivery charges, taxes and other applicable charges are displayed before payment.

We may change prices or promotions at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Orders and order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when REGADA confirms acceptance or dispatches the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or product error, payment verification failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Payments

You must provide valid payment information and authorise the total order amount, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, to be charged to your selected payment method.

Online payments are processed by an authorised third-party payment gateway and the relevant financial institutions. REGADA does not store your full card details. Payment may be subject to additional terms, verification, limits or security checks imposed by the payment provider or card issuer.

Payments may appear on your bank or card statement as "[INSERT EXACT STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR]". If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us at support@regada.lk before raising a dispute with your bank, so that we can identify the order for you.

Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and may be subject to product, minimum-spend, customer or usage restrictions.

Unless expressly allowed, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied after an order is placed. REGADA may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by misuse or an obvious error.

8. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, delivery charges and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Additional charges may apply if an order must be re-delivered because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it.

Please inspect the parcel and report visible damage, missing products or an incorrect order promptly, in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

9. Ownership and risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person authorised by you at the delivery address. Ownership of the products passes once we have received payment in full and delivery is completed, subject to applicable law.

10. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds

Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these terms and explains eligibility, timelines, return-delivery charges, inspection and refund processing.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Website content and acceptable use

The website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial shopping and information.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, interfere with or commercially exploit the website or its content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

12. Intellectual property

The REGADA name, logo, designs, photographs, graphics, text, website layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Apparel Nest Lanka (Private) Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No licence or right is granted to you except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these terms.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.

You grant REGADA a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that content in connection with our website, products and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, offensive or irrelevant content.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services provided by payment processors, delivery companies, social media platforms and other third parties. We do not control their websites or independent practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

15. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

This section does not limit any warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGADA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from a purchase.

Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a greater liability is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for wilful misconduct.

17. Events beyond our control

REGADA is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, governmental action, network or payment-system failures, or courier interruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and to complete or cancel affected orders fairly.

18. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or to an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, that fraud or misuse has occurred, or that action is necessary to protect REGADA, our customers or our service providers.

Rights and obligations that arose before suspension or termination remain unaffected.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law identified in the Schedule for your delivery country.

If a concern arises, please contact REGADA first at support@regada.lk so that we can attempt to resolve it promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may pursue the remedies available to you under applicable law through the courts or the competent consumer-protection authority identified in your Schedule.

Any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected by this section.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted, unless required by law or agreed with you.
